Anna Richardson
Anna Richardson is one of the UK’s most trusted and familiar broadcasters. A Sunday Times bestselling author, award-winning presenter, journalist and producer with over three decades of experience in British broadcasting, she is known for her fearless presenting style, wit, and ability to tackle both light-hearted and hard-hitting subjects with equal impact.
Her career began in production on Channel 4’s The Big Breakfast before she quickly moved in front of the camera. She went on to host ITV’s Love Bites and the prime-time film series Big Screen, interviewing Hollywood A-listers and covering major red-carpet events. She is now widely recognised for fronting prime-time factual and entertainment shows including Channel 4’s Supersize v Superskinny, Secret Eaters, Changing Rooms and the headline-grabbing hit Naked Attraction.
Alongside her television work, she also hosts the Magic Radio Request Show, broadcasting live across the nation every Sunday morning.
A trained journalist, Anna has also fronted several documentaries, including Are You Autistic?, Revenge Porn and The Truth About the Skinny Jab. She co-produced and presented the acclaimed Channel 4 documentary Anna Richardson: Love, Loss & Dementia in association with the Alzheimer’s Society, for whom she is an official ambassador.
Away from the screen, she is passionate about lifestyle, mental health and wellbeing. She writes the advice column for Woman & Home magazine, is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, and is the author of two bestselling books on food and dieting. She also hosts the award-nominated podcast It Can’t Just Be Me? where she tackles life’s big questions with honesty and humour.
