Anoushka Mutanda‐Dougherty is no stranger to high‐stakes reporting. At just 24 her
podcast Diddy on Trial became a runaway success, hitting Number One in the UK
Apple podcast charts and earning wide acclaim for its clarity, depth, and cultural
impact. The series established her as one of the UK’s most exciting new journalists -
and directly led to the launch of FAME UNDER FIRE, now her weekly visual and
audio podcast for BBC Sounds, YouTube and iPlayer. 
She started her career at the BBC at 17 years old making award winning
documentaries for BBC Radio 4 that centred the experiences and voices of her
generation. Since then, she has focussed her work on examining the intersection
between fame, power and accountability and built multi-platform engagement across
short form and long form media.
