Barry Dudley is a Partner at Green Square, the award-winning corporate finance and advisory practice specialising in the marketing services, media, tech and production sectors. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Barry has advised on transactions across a wide range of enterprise values, bringing both financial expertise and deep operational insight to every deal - having previously served as Group COO at Naked Communications, where he led international expansion before overseeing its sale.

Green Square's most high-profile transaction in the podcast world was advising Somethin' Else - at the time the UK's largest independent podcast and audio producer - on its sale to Sony Music Entertainment, a deal that triggered the creation of Sony's newly expanded global podcast division.

Barry is also Chairman of Cold Glass Productions, the independent production company behind Dish from Waitrose - one of the UK's top 20 podcasts - and other high profile shows including the BRIT Awards, the Mercury Prize and a variety of BBC channels.
