Benjamin Jaffe is a Partner at Pryor Cashman LLP where he co-chairs the firm’s Digital Media Practice and is a member of the Media + Entertainment Group. Ben is an industry-leading attorney who works across a broad range of digital media and entertainment projects with a particular focus in podcasting, the creator economy/influencer space, digital content development/acquisition and distribution, and strategic brand partnerships. Ben’s client roster consists of prominent content networks, production companies, and high-profile celebrity talent and influencers who frequently engage him as outside general counsel, where he handles a wide range of legal and business affairs matters. Ben regularly structures and negotiates first-in-class content acquisition and development deals, production and distribution partnerships, talent services and collaboration agreements, and brand and strategic partnership deals.  He also frequently advises on complex intellectual property rights issues and brand protection matters. Ben is known for his in-depth industry knowledge and strategic business acumen, which he uses to help his clients grow and expand their businesses and develop and maintain robust brand recognition.
