Beth Hatchett
Beth Heard is an Agent at United Talent Agency (UTA) where she helps to spearhead the development of the firm’s London-based Creator division.
Since joining the agency in July 2024, she has played a central role in establishing UTA’s digital talent presence in the UK. Her leadership has been instrumental in securing and scaling top-tier clients across the digital, entertainment, and audio sectors. By implementing innovative co-representation models, she has successfully bridged the gap between the UK and US markets and set new industry standards for collaboration in the creator space. Beth represents a diverse roster including Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo, Max Balegde, Gstaad Guy, and Jack Edwards
Before her tenure at UTA, Beth served as the Head of Talent at Sixteenth, a global management company now part of the Whaler Group that focuses on the careers of thought leaders and innovative creators. Her extensive background also includes six years of agency-side experience leading high-profile influencer projects for major brands such as Kellogg’s, Holland & Barrett, and Sport Relief.
