Charlotte Wolf is the Chief Operating Officer at Novel, one of Europe’s leading independent podcast companies. With 15 years of experience across the creative, entertainment, and tech industries, she has built a career at the intersection of storytelling,  commercial strategy, and operations—scaling creative businesses and making ambitious ideas happen. Since joining Novel in 2021, she has been instrumental in scaling operations, building processes, and facilitating business growth.  Before Novel, Charlotte worked both agency-side  and in-house, leading major projects for some of the world’s biggest brands including Microsoft, Jaguar Land Rover, Hyundai, BMW MINI, Champion, Nordstrom, Absolut, and Unilever.
