Chris Baughen is an award-winning audio professional with over 25 years’ experience in radio, audio and podcast production. In 2024, Chris joined Wondery as Head of UK Podcast Content, where he leads the business’ UK slate. Prior to this he’s held positions at Spotify (UK Head of Podcasts), Global (Managing Editor Global Player and Head of Podcast Production), and Deezer (VP for Content and Formats).

Throughout his career he’s contributed to the success of shows including British Scandal, How Do You Cope?, The Louis Theroux Podcast, My Therapist Ghosted Me, Hunting Ghislaine, The Wittering Whitehalls, and Filthy Ritual. With a career spanning several leading audio platforms, Chris is still just as passionate about great storytelling and top talent both in front and behind the mic who can bring the magic when it counts.
