Cliff Fluet
Cliff Fluet is a rights and media lawyer, advisor and sector leader with nearly three decades of experience advising across podcast, broadcast, music and digital media.
A Partner at Lewis Silkin and member of the firm's Partnership Board, he simultaneously runs Eleven Advisory, advising leading producers, platforms and DSPs on rights strategy, content licensing and innovation.
Before joining Lewis Silkin, he spent a decade in senior in-house roles, serving as a lawyer at Warner Music and as General Counsel of Capital Radio plc, gaining deep operational experience in music rights, broadcast regulation and content distribution at scale and he advised on some of the very first podcasts in the UK, and continues to work at the frontier of audio, distribution and intellectual property.
He serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of ATC Music Group plc, contributing to governance on rights management and innovation.
He lectures at Berklee College of Music and NYU Steinhardt, and has spoken at Podcast Show, SXSW, Music Biz, IMPF and Reeperbahn Festival along with many more besides.
