Coming from an AV background, Flora learnt the multimedia planning craft at OMD.  Since then she’s headed up the Implementational Planning team for the Government at OmniGOV, and after maternity leave, returned to MG as the Head of Planning for the Agency. A key voice in the audio space, Flora has pioneered planning tools, navigated AI in the audio space and always aims to support entertainment talent. Flora has always felt passionately about responsibility within planning, setting up the Government and then MG’s DEI Planning Process.
