Garth is a multi-disciplinary artist and the founder of Rise Maximum Radio, a prison radio project in the maximum security prison in Trinidad and Tobago. He is also the producer of the award-winning filmTrafficked. Garth got into radio after a career in the military was cut short due to his drug use, and for more than three decades Garth has made it his life’s mission to help others whose lives are impacted by addiction and crime.
