Geoff Mattei is CEO/General Manager of ART19, an Amazon company powering hundreds of millions of podcast downloads monthly for the industry's largest shows. Operating at the intersection of publishers and advertisers, ART19 provides comprehensive tools for podcast hosting, distribution, ad serving, and audience measurement. An experienced product and business leader with nearly a decade at Amazon, Geoff co-founded Amazon Music's podcast business, in addition to successfully launching and scaling products reaching hundreds of millions of users across Amazon Music, Prime Video, and Alexa. Geoff's experience prior to Amazon includes scaling early-stage startups in leadership roles as well as advising multinational companies on strategic and operational issues at Bain & Company. He lives in Seattle with his partner, two young daughters, and an oversized Lab named Max.
