Grace Ross is VP of Business Development at Pushkin Industries, where she serves as the architect of the company's commercial engine — overseeing all deals and contracting across the podcast and audiobook business. She came to Pushkin via Acast, where she led content acquisitions for the US market and brokered partnerships with Giggly Squad, TED Audio Collective, Warner Bros. Discovery, among others.
Prior to joining the podcast industry, Grace was a literary agent representing journalists and fiction writers. Having worked on both sides of the table — advocating for creators and buyers alike across advertising and IP business models — she brings a rare dual perspective to every deal she makes.
