Helen Parker is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Strange Magic Studios. An agency that develops and makes podcasts, AND releases them to be an award winning success. She has worked with the top commissioners worldwide including BBC, Audible, Global, APM and top brands such as TUI, adidas, Net-a-Porter, Vogue, Unicef and the World Health Organisation. Strange Magic works with brands, organisations and commissioners, whilst specialising in collaborative productions with agencies and creators. 

She has spent 20+ years managing high growth companies in Tech and Podcasting Start/Scale ups and Multinational Corporations. Expertise in Commercials, Management, Operations, Business Affairs, Content, Marketing and Strategy. 

Helen entered the podcast sector in 2019, and alongside business, financial and show monetisation strategy, she has negotiated 100s of show contracts, freelancer contracts, talent contracts, distribution deals, designed GTM marketing and promotional plans, and everything in between, as well as showrunning series, and producing the occasional episode! 

She qualified in Contract Law in 2022, and has a mission to bring professional and industry standards to the Podcast Industry as a part of establishing it as a serious content and ROI medium.
