Jamie Laing is a British media personality, entrepreneur and presenter, best known for his work across television, radio and podcasting. Over the past decade, he has become one of the UK’s most recognisable entertainment figures, combining sharp on-air talent with a proven track record as a founder and creative entrepreneur.

In 2023, Jamie co-founded JamPot with his wife Sophie Habboo, launching the company with a mission to create bold, culture-driving storytelling. In just three years, JamPot has quickly become one of the UK’s most exciting podcast networks, building a slate of hit shows and multiple No.1 podcasts including NewlyParents with Jamie & Sophie, Great Company with Jamie Laing, Wednesdays, Mad, Sad & Bad with Paloma Faith, NearlyWeds with Sophie Habboo, NearlyWeds with Molly and Tom, and Write Me Dirty.

Outside of JamPot, Jamie is also the founder of Candy Kittens, one of Europe’s fastest-growing confectionery brands. He continues to work as a major broadcaster, hosting a prime-time show on BBC Radio 1, and has appeared on some of the UK’s biggest entertainment programmes, including Strictly Come Dancing, where he placed second.

In early 2025, Jamie completed an extraordinary physical challenge for Comic Relief’s Red Nose Day, running five consecutive ultra-marathons over five days from London to Salford covering more than 150 miles. Despite having never run further than 5k before, he raised over £2 million for charity while using the challenge to spotlight mental health awareness.
