Joby Waldman is the Managing Director of Reduced Listening, an audio production company specialising in emerging culture.  

He has two decades of producing music radio, factual documentaries, audio drama and podcasts. He is also a trustee of Multitrack, a charity raising awareness around diversity and inclusion in the UK audio industry.
