Jon Mounsor is Head of Podcasts at Ranga Bee, where he leads two of the UK's most prominent comedy podcasts. The Romesh Ranganathan Show is the UK's number one comedy podcast; and Wolf and Owl, hosted by Romesh Ranganathan and Tom Davis, has recently relaunched as a top performing video show. He oversees both shows across editorial, production and commercial strategy.

Prior to Ranga Bee, Jon spent several years at Spotify developing partnerships with some of the UK and Ireland's biggest shows. He subsequently consulted for some of the UK's biggest media companies before joining Ranga Bee, bringing a breadth of experience across distribution, commercial strategy and production leadership.

Deeply passionate about comedy and the craft behind it, Jon is focused on what it looks like to build comedy podcasts that are genuinely built for where the medium is heading across audio, video and beyond.
