Julia Stephenson is Director of Business Affairs, Podcasts at Sony Music Entertainment. In this role, Julia is responsible for negotiating podcast deals with talent and co-production partners, as well as advising on general production and IP issues. Previously, she worked as a senior legal affairs adviser, supporting the Commercial and Marketing teams at ITV and spent prior years of her career working in publicity and international promotions at Warner Music and Universal Music.  She also held roles in TV and radio publicity and at the BBC after spending time as road manager for Canadian singer Nelly Furtado. Julia is an avid podcast fan and co-hosts a podcast called The Start Line Podcast.
