Julia Nottingham is an award-winning producer and the founder of Dorothy St Pictures, headquartered in London with offices in New York and Los Angeles. Her films have premiered at Sundance, Tribeca, SXSW, Telluride, Cannes, and the BFI London Film Festival, earning Emmy nominations, BAFTA recognition, Grierson Awards, and a PGA Award. Recent credits include The Greatest Night in Pop (Bao Nguyen, Netflix — Emmy-nominated and PGA Award winner), Pamela, A Love Story (Ryan White, Netflix), Coleen Rooney: The Real Wagatha Story (Lucy Bowden, Disney+), The Last Mountain (Christopher Terrill, BBC), ’Twas the Fight Before Christmas (Becky Read, Apple TV+), Be Water (Bao Nguyen, ESPN/Disney+), and Skate Kitchen (Crystal Moselle, Magnolia Pictures/HBO). Named a Screen International Future Leader in 2018, she continues to champion bold and distinctive storytelling on the international stage. She is a member of BAFTA and AMPAS. Dorothy St was acquired in 2024 by Sister, the global production group led by Elisabeth Murdoch and Jane Featherstone.
