Justin Jackson is the co-founder of Transistor.fm, a podcast hosting platform he launched in 2018 with Jon Buda. 

Transistor hosts shows for independent creators, media companies, and major networks, and is one of Apple's approved HLS hosting partners for video podcasts, powering shows like TBPN, Acquired, Primary Technology, and Think Fast Talk Smart.

Justin has been in podcasting since 2007, back when "video podcast" meant downloading Diggnation episodes to your iPod. He's a founding member of the Podcast Standards Project, an industry coalition working to keep podcasting open. He writes regularly at justinjackson.ca and lives in Vernon, BC, Canada.
