Karolina Sandberg is CEO of Perfect Day Media, a Swedish podcast studio and part of PodX Group. She has worked in the podcast industry for nearly eight years. At Perfect Day, she has worked with some of Sweden’s largest podcasts and creators, across content, distribution, and commercial development. In recent years, she has been part of the shift toward viewing each podcast as more than just an audio product, focusing on how shows can reach audiences across platforms, build engagement over time, and create sustainable business around each format.
