Laurence Bassett
Laurence is Executive Producer for Comedy & Entertainment podcasts at Bauer Media, looking after titles such as Lost In Translation, and soon to launch The Prenup with Molly Rainford and Tyler West, and Judgemental with Anton Du Beke and Craig Revel Horwood in June ’26.
Prior to Bauer, Laurence spent three years as Executive Producer at TBI Media where he oversaw projects for BBC Radio 2, 4 and Asian Network as well as podcasts and audio for large-scale arena events. And before that he spent eight years as a producer at Somethin’ Else/Sony Music Entertainment where, among other things, he won Best Entertainment Gold Award at the British Podcast Awards 2020 for Something Rhymes With Purple.
Laurence is passionate about comedy and entertainment at the forefront of a fast-paced, ever-changing, and exciting audio/visual landscape.
