Lily Ames, is an independent consultant specialising in podcast development and industry strategy. She partners with teams to demystify the podcast landscape, helping them leverage their current content and develop new ideas for untapped opportunities. Before consulting Lily was Head of Entertainment at Chalk and Blade podcasts. She also set up and ran the UK AUDIO NETWORK from 2017 - 2022 in an attempt to foster conversations about equal working rights for all in the industry.
