Lou Hamilton is the author of Brave New Girl- How to be Fearless, and Dare to Share- a guide to podcast guesting. Her background was as an award-winning documentary director & filmmaker. She is the founder of Silk Studios – the podcast guest agency and host of Brave New Girl podcast. She is a practising artist, making large-scale abstract paintings that sell internationally and is also currently in development on a documentary series. She is a Trustee on the Board of a charity for children with cancer.
