Mary is Head of Delivery and Performance for BBC Sounds where she specialises in growing and retaining new and infrequent audiences. She leads a multidisciplinary team working across Content Discovery, Social Media, Marketing, Metadata, and Product teams. Before joining BBC Sounds in 2018, Mary lived in New York where she worked successfully growing digital audiences for Eater.com (part of Vox Media), The New Yorker, and Barack Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign.
