Molly DeMellier is Head of Communications at Sounds Profitable, where she leads global PR, marketing, external storytelling, and internal communications. She also works closely with Sounds Profitable partners to develop strategic communications and marketing initiatives that drive clarity, credibility, and industry impact.

Previously, Molly served as Chief Operating Officer at Sundaze PR, overseeing agency operations while directing communications strategies for a diverse roster of media, technology, and creator-economy clients. Before that, she spent four years at Acast, the world’s largest independent podcast company, where she rose to Director of Marketing & PR, US. In that role, she led national PR strategy, secured top tier media coverage, and supported high profile partnerships, including Warner Bros. Discovery and President Barack and Mrs. Michelle Obama’s Higher Ground, during a period of rapid growth.

Molly began her career at leading New York City PR agencies, managing media relations for globally recognized brands including Netflix, iHeartMedia, and Getty Images. Across roles, she is known for building smart narratives, launching impactful campaigns, and helping organizations translate complexity into influence.
