Nicola is Head of Marketing for TV Licensing and has been at the BBC for over 14 years. She is responsible for managing all media strategies and marketing partnerships for the Licence Fee division. Prior to being at the BBC Nicola had over 20 years' experience working in digital and integrated marketing agencies in London and Chicago; specialising in building brands, managing strategy and creating campaigns for multiple blue-chip companies. Nicola and her team developed one of the UK's leading long-form podcast strategy in close partnership with Fresh Air.
