Rhyanna Coleman is Head of Podcasts at YMU, where she specialises in multi-platform shows and leads creative and commercial strategy across a diverse talent roster from Shxts N Gigs, The Girls Bathroom and Grace Beverley’s Working Hard, Hardly Working to Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place, Giovanna Fletcher’s Happy Mum Happy Baby and most recently launching Matt Lucas and David Walliam’s Making A Scene. She works closely with clients to strategise, ideate, partner, distribute, grow, and monetise their podcasts - crafting content that cuts through in a competitive landscape. Prior to YMU, Rhyanna was Executive Producer at Spotify UK, overseeing the Originals slate of entertainment chat shows - from household names like Rob Brydon and Emily Atack to Gen Z creators including Saffron Barker, Olivia Neill, and Anastasia Kingsnorth. She began her career producing original podcasts and digital content for BBC Studios, working across some of the UK's most iconic franchise brands.
