Sam Hodges
Sam is a theatre producer, director and artistic director. He runs Tilted, a new production company that develops and produce new content, including musicals, plays, and films. In collaboration with Eleanor Lloyd, they produce Tilted Sessions, live stage shows based on award-winning podcasts. Tilted also manages a theatre investment fund in partnership with tech entrepreneur and investor Simon Nixon.
Current Tilted productions include stage versions of podcasts Uncanny (UK tour), Brown Girls Do It Too (Soho Theatre), and Something Rhymes with Purple (West End residency). Other producer credits include co-producer credits for The Piano Lesson (Broadway), and A Doll’s House (Broadway) and associate producer credits for A Strange Loop (Barbican), The Cher Show (UK Tour) and The Human Voice (West End).
Previously, Sam was the founder and Artistic Director of the HighTide Festival, the Creative producer for the Criterion Theatre in London’s West End, and the Artistic Director of Nuffield Southampton Theatres.
