Integrative Psychotherapist & Host, Shrink The Box
After eighteen years directing and producing television programmes as diverse as Grand Designs, One Foot in the Past and Embarrassing Bodies, Sasha re-trained as an integrative psychotherapist. Having worked in the NHS, higher education and now in private practice she sees clients with all manner of presentations, including trauma, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and the myriad other issues modern life has us grappling with. She also tutors other therapists, teaches yoga, works as a travel writer and has authored three books. Her first, Languages of Loss, is about the sudden death of her husband; A Grief Companion is a guidebook for the bereaved; and her most recent, Yoga Saved My Life, explores the many parallels between her two loves - yoga and psychotherapy.
