Sean Howard is the CEO and Founder of Flightpath, the predictive analytics and inventory
management platform helping podcast publishers and networks maximize revenue, improve
forecasting accuracy, and optimize campaign performance across fragmented audio and video
ecosystems. Under Sean’s leadership, Flightpath has become one of the industry’s leading
operational intelligence platforms for on-demand media, trusted by top publishers to drive
smarter sales, inventory, and monetization strategies.
A recognized voice in podcasting and digital media, Sean has spent his career at the
intersection of audience growth, advertising, content monetization, and innovation. Before
founding Flightpath, he co-founded Fable and Folly, one of the earliest fiction podcast
production companies, and launched The Fable and Folly Network, which became one of the
largest independent fiction podcast networks in the industry.
Sean also led paid audience development at Pacific Content, where he helped build the
company’s podcast media buying operation into a multi-million-dollar business. Working directly
with major publishers, networks, and advertisers gave him firsthand insight into the operational
inefficiencies that continue to challenge the industry today, from unreliable avails and
fragmented inventory management to campaign underdelivery and excessive makegoods.
Those experiences ultimately became the foundation for Flightpath.
Prior to podcasting, Sean built strategy and innovation practices for leading Canadian digital
agencies and consultancies including Twist Image, Thornley Fallis, ICE, and The Moment. His
background across media, advertising, analytics, and innovation gives him a unique perspective
on the evolving future of podcast monetization.
Today, Sean is a frequent speaker at major industry events including Podcast Movement,
Evolutions, and The Podcast Show, where he speaks on predictive analytics, inventory
forecasting, podcast monetization, audience growth, and the future of advertising operations in
