including the sales of Team Coco (Conan O’Brien’s digital media business) to SiriusXM,
Pineapple Street Media to Audacy, Simplecast to SiriusXM, Chartable to Spotify, Wonder Media
Network to Acast, Advertisecast to Libsyn, Podchaser to Acast and Midroll Media to EW
Scripps. Yale also advised QCode Media in its financing led by Eldridge Industries.
Yale has 25+ years of investment banking experience serving in various roles at Bank of
America Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities and Montgomery & Co. Prior to transitioning to investment banking, Yale was a corporate transactional attorney.
