Zoe is founder of Above the Clouds, a YouTube-first marketing studio. Previously a CMO and MD, she worked with some of the most culturally influential brands in the world. She was the Global Director for YouTube Shorts, Artist & GenAI Marketing, and before that was the Managing Director of the YouTube Creative Studio and UK CMO at YouTube. Zoe leads quality brands that define culture - from global marketing for YouTube Shorts (2.5B users) to revitalising legacy media at BBC Studios and delivering deep partnerships with the world's biggest creators and music artists, and organisations including The Earthshot Prize, British Vogue, Buckingham Palace, Glastonbury and The BRITs. Zoe was recognised by Marketing Week as one of the UK’s top 10 most effective marketers in tech, media and telecoms; and her projects have won several high profile awards including BAFTAs and Emmys.
