The UK Audio Network [UKAN] is the largest network of audio producers in the UK. Having completed a survey of their members' pay, diversity and experience, this session will reflect those findings, understand what the problems with “DE&I” are and what the next steps for the industry should be and how the next phase of the Equality in Audio Pact [EAP] will feature in this.
