Nathan Freeman is the multi award winning CEO and founder of Granny Eats Wolf - the global creative studio and producers behind Audible’s multicast global hit, 1984 (which stars Andrew Garfield and features the music of Muse’s Matthew Bellamy), The Signalman with Sam Mendes and the groundbreaking The Woman In Black performed by Paapa Essiedu.

Granny Eats Wolf are industry leaders in spatial audio, helping brands unlock its full potential, whether that’s in the immersive wellness podcast ‘Sleep On It’, upcoming documentaries for the BBC or award winning sonic branding and design for BBC Radio 6 Music, British Scandal, True Spies and Transmissions: The story of Joy Division and New Order.

Nathan is a former Executive Producer at BBC Sounds and BBC Voice & A.I. He has produced podcasts, radio shows, sonic brand identities and audio dramas for over 20 years. He’s always pioneered new exciting ways to tell stories in audio, from the first binaural radio imaging, the BBC’s first synthetic voice and dynamic live radio ads.
