When one of the BBC’s flagship narrative podcasts gets together with award-winning investigative film-makers. World of Secrets and Africa Eye combined to create films and a podcast series. Stories from podcasts are increasingly being turned into TV, movies and drama. But what happens when it’s the other way round? The TV investigation had already been going on for two years, so what challenges did that present for the podcast-makers, who were the producers behind The Missing Cryptoqueen and Burn Wild.
