Alanna Milca Vaughns is the Revenue Partnerships Lead at BBC Studios, where she helps grow global podcast advertising through third-party sales partnerships, ad tech integrations, and internal sales enablement. She led the selection of the BBC’s new ad tech stack and supports audio sales strategies across international markets.
Previously, Alanna worked at BBC Sounds on podcast publishing strategies and audience development, and at Market Enginuity in the U.S., where she helped scale ad revenue for PRX and Radiotopia’s beloved slate of shows.
With a background in brand strategy and a love of public media, she brings a practical, people-first approach to evolving the business of audio at the BBC.
