Alice Sandelson is Strategic Partnerships Director, IP and Content Licensing at The Observer, now owned by Tortoise Media. At Tortoise, Alice was responsible for the business model, growth and revenue of Tortoise's audio journalism including securing numerous IP deals to adapt Tortoise's podcast series for screen. Alice's previous roles include Head of Strategic Partnerships at startup accelerator and venture studio Founders Factory, and part of the global business development team at WPP.
