Annie leads BBC Studios Audio’s US strategy, overseeing development and editorial production for US audiences and platforms and working closely with executives and producers in the UK. Before BBC Studios, Annie created the award-winning podcast Ghost Story, from Wondery and Pineapple Street Studios. She also senior produced the New York Times' The Daily podcast and the 1619 Podcast. Annie's work has received an Ambie award, the Edward R. Murrow Award, a Sigma Delta Chi award from the Society for Professional Journalists, and a National Magazine Award. Annie will be instrumental in the relaunch of the Global Story, a daily international news podcast aimed at North American audiences which will relaunch at the end of the summer 2025.
