Bea Duncan

Founder, The Entry Level Audio Network

Bea Duncan is an award winning Audio Creative and Community Builder, with a specialism in documentary and storytelling. She is the production brain behind smash hit podcasts such as Who Robs A Banksy?, Anthems and Power Lines, as well as a host of other impactful series at development and production level. Bea was recently the Senior Managing Producer at groundbreaking production company Broccoli Productions and Sony Music, and is currently Senior Producer at Intelligence Squared. Her work aims to educate, offer new perspectives, and always has care, authenticity and respect at its core. Bea is also an advocate for improving accessibility and community in the audio industry; she was a founding member of The Equality in Audio Pact and the BUILD Grant, and is the founder of The Entry Level Audio network, created in response to the industry's lack of tangible support for those wishing to make a career in audio. In 2023 she won Bronze for Best Society and Lifestyle Producer at the Audio Production Awards, where she was also nominated for Producer of the Year, and she has also been named one of PodPod's Faces To Watch, and featured on the Radio Academy 30 under 30 list.
