Collin Campbell

SVP, Podcasting Strategy and Franchise Development, NPR

Collin is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy for NPR's podcasts and franchises, in alignment with NPR's strategic priorities. This includes launching new podcasts, as well as overseeing the growth, distribution and health of NPR's entire podcast portfolio, including acquired shows. Before joining NPR, Campbell served as Executive Editor for New Show Development at Gimlet Media, and prior to that, as Executive Producer, Original Content at Audible.  Campbell first came to public radio in 2003 as an associate producer for Morning Edition at WNYC, where he later helped develop, launch, and produce both The Takeaway and Freakonomics Radio. He then moved to KPCC (now known as LAist). Campbell graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
