Henar Leon is the Head of Innovation at PRISA Audio and Project Manager at WePod, specializing in digital transformation and innovation within the creative and cultural industries.

She holds a degree in Psychology from UAM and a Master’s in Image, Advertising, and Corporate Identity from UCJC. Over the past two years, she has focused on Futures Studies.

Her work sits at the intersection of technology and culture, with a human-centered approach that promotes innovation and digital adaptation across sectors such as audiovisual, publishing, and music. Most recently, her focus has been on spoken audio and exploring the narrative potential of emerging technologies within the cultural landscape
