Jake has an ear for great stories from influential creators across Europe and the US. He is currently Global Director of Studios at Podimo - a European podcast and audiobooks platform and production studio. Podimo has seen exciting growth in the past 4.5 years, in part through the success of 100+ translated works; either its own original shows, or through translation partnerships with iHeartMedia, Wondery, Sony and a number of independent creators. Before Podimo, Jake spent nearly 10 years at YouTube, based in NYC, LA, and London, focusing on the company's funding of original content, including founding YouTube Originals across Europe. An American by birth and accent, he has spent the last 11 years living in London.
