Jane joined Dolby in 2005 where for the last ten years she has been leading technology adoption across a wide range of industry partners. Throughout this
process, she works strategically with partners supporting them to implement innovative technological change.

After successfully pushing the adoption of 5.1 sound across streaming services such as Lovefilm (now Amazon Prime), her efforts are now dedicated to Dolby Vison and Dolby Atmos across broadcast, streaming, and music.

In that time, she has helped facilitate the first Dolby Atmos launches in Europe with leading broadcasters Sky UK and BT Sport across post-produced content and live
events, and the launch of Sky’s first Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos enabled TV —Skyglass. In a single year, along with her team, she achieved: 100+ mixers and producers in
Dolby Atmos, 50+ studios equipped with Dolby Atmos, and 100s of tracks released in Dolby Atmos. Leading studios include: Abbey Road, Dean Street Studios, Air
Studios, Miloco, Dean Street, etc.
