Jessica Ferrer
Jessica Ferrer is a Senior Manager of Audience Development at Nickelodeon’s Digital Franchise & Unscripted Studio. She leads audience strategy for some of the brand’s biggest IP including PAW Patrol — overseeing the creative direction for multiple award-winning YouTube channels and podcasts to drive engagement and growth.
Jessica’s approach is rooted in curiosity. She deeply analyzes audience behavior and competitor trends to craft platform-specific strategies. Since joining Nickelodeon, she has launched nine YouTube channels amassing over 50 million subscribers and has played a key role in launching original digital-first IPs, including Kid Cowboy.
Her portfolio also includes several podcast projects. She co-created Dora’s Recipe For Adventure, Dora the Explorer’s debut in audio storytelling, and has supported the development and launch strategies for Nickelodeon’s preschool podcast slate — always keeping in mind the co-listening experience of kids and parents.
Previously, Jessica taught English in Spain, France, and South Korea. These
international experiences shaped her love for storytelling, adaptability, and cultural exploration. She brings that same mindset to her creative and strategic work today. Based in Los Angeles, Jessica serves on the Associate Board of BYkids, a nonprofit amplifying youth voices in underserved communities. She advises on digital strategy and outreach. In her spare time, you’ll find her exploring LA’s newest restaurants, thrift shopping, or catching up on the latest in TV and digital media.
