For over 25 years, Lance has designed, built and delivered innovative technologies that work for media businesses - and the people that work there - across TV, movies and audio. As VP Research at Audioboom, he worked with Voxnest to quadruple programmatic revenue over a two-year acceleration programme.

He also designed LIRICAL, Audioboom's in-house sales system, which helps the team book, clear, bill and pay partners faster and more efficiently than any comparable commercial software - as well as removing grind work, and adding valuable insights. 

He currently lives in Norfolk and enjoys gardening, travelling and playing the guitar, when not being bothered by a small army of nephews and nieces.
