Lisa Higginson
Lisa Higginson, Senior Director of UK Content at Audible, oversees the development and commissioning of Audible's original content slate in the UK. Audible commissions a range of audiobooks, podcasts and other audio content across multiple genres, from fiction to scripted dramas, factual series and beyond. The eclectic slate includes Audie & BPA award-winning drama "1984" starring Andrew Garfield, Andrew Scott & Cynthia Erivo, award-winning comedy "From the Oasthouse" with Alan Partridge, and ground-breaking true crime series "The Madman's Hotel."
Prior to joining Audible, Lisa spent over 15 years in the media industry with a career spanning TV and film. Her previous role was Executive Director of International Sales and Strategy at Roadshow Entertainment, where she oversaw their theatrical release slate from partners including A24, Sony, Warner Bros., and Lionsgate.
