Naomi Oiku is a senior producer with over eight years experience in podcasting, commercial and public service radio. She has produced live radio shows fronted by BBC Radio 2 broadcasting favourites including Trevor Nelson, Romesh Ranganathan, Judi Love and Anita Rani, as well as working on specialist music programmes for BBC Radio 1, BBC Asian Network, 6Music and Virgin Radio.

In addition to her live radio experience, Naomi has collaborated with brands including Spotify, Primark and Channel 4 on a varied slate of podcasts and is currently working as a Senior Producer at The Podcast Guys. Most recently, she has begun working in live events, producing key calendar events including The ARIAS, Audio Production Awards and The BRITs.

Naomi is a Radio Academy 30 under 30 alumni, former Trustee of The Radio Academy and an Honorary Life Member of the Student Radio Association. She chaired the Student Radio Association from 2017-2020 and graduated as part of the RAMP cohort in 2024.
