Richard Maddock is the Lead Commissioning Editor at 5 Live. He is responsible for commissioning 5 Live’s linear output including programmes like Fighting Talk, 606 and Patrick Kielty but also oversee a slate of over 30 podcasts, including a lot of key sports titles such as Tailenders, Match of the Day and Sports Strangest Crimes. Richard joined the BBC 10 years ago after more than 20 years working in commercial radio.
