Sonya Barlow is an award-winning founder of LMF Network including consultancy and social networking app, author of Unprepared to Entrepreneur, BBC radio presenter, journalist and keynote speaker. Since starting her business in 2020, she has upskilled more than 20,000 people with a 90% success rate and worked with 100s of organisations to diversify their processes encouraging workplace inclusion. She is the lead host of The Everyday Hustle, the first factual and business show on the Asian Network with over 120 episodes. In 2022, after season 1, it was named the best radio show in the UK. Alongside building on her journalistic experience, Sonya hosts her talk show on YouTube, where she travels the world and interviews influential people on technology and business. She researches, produces, edits and hosts the show, which has seen over 60 interviews in 6 countries. Guests include the likes of Gilberto Silva (footballer), Brenda Wilkerson (CEO) and Princess Lamia (The Princess of Saudi). work in sharing stories of underrepresented voices. Sonya is passionate about using her voice to raise awareness, bring forward important topics and represent the understated community.
