Consumption of audio, particularly podcasts, on YouTube is on the rise as listeners are eager to add a video component to their podcast experience. As YouTube viewership grows, publishers do not want to ignore valuable data the platform provides. Understanding how content is consumed on YouTube, in conjunction with overall podcast downloads, is critical in measurement and reporting. Also understanding audiences is essential to growing a podcasts overall audience across both YouTube and a podcasts RSS feed.

This panel will be moderated by James Chandler, Chief Marketing Officer at IAB UK and will feature panelists Gabrielle Montana, Product Manager and Ian Huang, Solution Specialist at Triton Digital, and Mike Newman, VP UK content & partnerships at Audioboom, offering a range of intel across the panel spanning from measurement to monetization and the different podcast distribution platforms on the market and the consumption behavior of audio across said platforms.
